Now that you have notes from Tanya's talk about the procedures they use at the John warner Sports Centre, you should write these up in as much detail as possible.
You should pay particular attention to how the procedures are reviewed and assessed in order to reach the merit/distinction levels.

The 4 procedures that you should look at are:
Normal Operating Procedures (NOP)
Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP)
Swimming Pool Procedures
Fire Procedures
In order to achieve the higher marks in this task, you must explain the procedures in great detail, explain how the systems are reviewed by the sports centre and suggest alternative methods to improve current systems or how the procedures are reviewed.
